It started to rain while I was driving past this one. There was also a big truck that just pulled up as I was getting out of my car. I didn’t wait around. I took what pictures I could and was on my way.

STATUS: The New Concord post office is still an active, operating facility, and the mural can be viewed by interested members of the public. It resides in the lobby on the wall above the postmaster’s door.
YEAR: 1940
Another perfect photograph in New Concord, Ohio during my October 2022 road trip. What you don’t see is the gas station across the street. It was quit busy and I had a small audience watching me as I tried to film the show video clips I take for the front of the buildings. Fun times!
