This was one of those strange visits. For an older post office there was no name or zip on the building. I had to refer to my map and the other post offices I visited this day to figure out what post office this was. Strange, but now I’ve become accustomed to writing it down. I keep a notebook in my car in case situations like this arise.

ADDRESS: 181 N. Grant St., Rosendale, Wisconsin 54974

It’s a newer post office my least favorite. I mean the name of the post office and zip code are no were to be found. New is not necessarily better.

Does anyone know if there is an older post office building prior to this one being constructed? I’d love to know. I’d like to see pictures of it too or maybe just a story or two.

Funny how sometimes you just don’t remember being there, or here as in this case. I’m not making any sense. Ok, I’ve become a machine and visiting this post office was a quick in and out visit.

I’m actually just waiting for your input. What do you know about this post office? Have you worked here? Did you help build it? Were you part of the construction company’s workers? I’m just curious.
