Quartzsite Arizona Post Office

Another image I found in my archives. This photo of the Quartzsite, Arizona post office was taking during my visit to Arizona in the winter of 2004. During this trip we also visited several other towns. At the time I was not into looking around for dedication plaques, unique features or artwork. I’m unsure if this one has any of those.

I do remember it being a pretty busy post office this time of year. There were lots of retired folks from all over. I remember seeing licence plates from Canada, Washington, Illinois. I imagine this place is a lot quieter during the hotter summer months.
