Today in honor of the Holiday’s I bring you the Holliday Missouri Post Office. Although spelled with two “L’s” It’s the thought that counts. This was a great little visit back in August.
As we were headed home from one of our trips we decided drive through Holliday. It was pretty easy to convince my girlfriend to stop as her last name is Holliday with the same spelling. So we did, and found out some interesting bits of information while here.
Apparently, the town was named after a Holliday. It also appears there are also some Holliday’s still residing in Holliday Misouri. The post master also commented they often times get Christmas Cards addressed to them. Just some more fun stuff I though you would enjoy.
