Q. What are the steps to ordering on your site?
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button from the products page – Your shopping cart will appear next to the item.
- Select the desired number of copies.
- Click on the “Checkout” link in your shopping cart.
- Complete the remainder of the form.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click on the “Purchase” button – You will be directed to PayPal to process your order. Once your order has processed click on the button at the bottom to return to the merchant, www.postofficefans.com
- If paying by PayPal your download will be available immediately in on your order confirmation page. If you sent in payment, once your payment clears we will email you a receipt with a link to download your product. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or trash folder.
Q. I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still order your books?
Of course the fasted method to receive your list is through a digital download. However, if you do not have a PayPal account you may still order our books. There is an additional cost for a printed and mailed copy. Contact us for further details.
Q. I never received my receipt or email to download the item.
Upon successful completion of your order, an email will be sent to you that contains the link to download your item. If you do not see the email please check your spam folder. The email address your download will come from is info@postofficefans.com. If you are still having issues please contact us.
