I’m not sure how I feel about the architecture of this one? Interesting that is for sure. This one opened in 1962.

TITLE: Ohio Harvest
MEDIUM: Oil on Canvas (mural)
STATUS: The Bridgeport post office is still an active, operating facility and the mural can be viewed by interested members of the public. The mural resides in the lobby on a wall above the postmaster’s door.
YEAR: 1940
Apparently this is a popular stop. Doug is the second person to send me images of the Bridgeport, building and art. I’m grateful to have them.
I never thought I’d be looking at multiple people and multiple articles for the same building. But here you go! I’m adding the persons name to the title of the article as it helps to differentiate between each contributor’s images.
