Today’s featured post office is Brownsville Tennessee. All I can say is they must be trying to save money, by cutting back on their landscaping cost. I see some bushes that need a trimming. Isn’t this the ultimate form of checks and balances? Just plain old citizens pointing out the lack of landscaping on a government building. I don’t mean any harm, it’s just the first thing that came to my mind when I visited and took this photo.

Another business has moved into the old post office called Livingston’s. How do I know this? Well, I knew just by looking at the building that it was the old post office. All those things I’ve written about in prior post. Features such as the corner stone, the shape of the building etc. So when I happened upon this old building in Brownsville I knew right away.
But I know you are asking yourself, How can you verify this? Well I also took pictures and video of the faint outline of the letters above the door on this building. So take a closer look if you dare. I wonder what they did with the letters? Are they still in the building? Is someone from Livingston’s reading this? Would you happen to know what happened to the old letters? I’d sure like to know.
Tomorrow I’ll feature the newer building.
Thanks,
