Celebrating our Nation's Post Offices

I just like the name of this town. I wonder how it got its name? I wonder if there was actually a family named “Biggs” or some variant of this. Anyway, this was another stop on my road trip in February.

Another stop on my February road trip was Bellflower IL. This nice little building is right in the downtown area. Nice large front window on the front of this building.

In early February 2012 I took a road trip specifically to get pictures of post offices. The Argenta IL was one of my stops along this trip. No dedication plaque, but there was a nice big tree stump out in front. See who ever said taking pictures of post offices is boring?
